For the protection of our guests and staff against a further spread of the Covid-19 virus we commit ourselves to the adherence of the following rules of infection protection and hygiene.

Basic rules for all our guests and employees are: 

When showing pertinent disease symptoms such as fever, coughing and fatigue, the affected person has to stay away from the event venue and can’t take part in any activities offered.

  • The 2GPlus rule and FFP2 masks are mandatory in the entire location. Proof of vaccination/health must be presented. In addition, you will need a daily negative test certificate. A list of testing centres close by can be found here
  • Children under the age of 6 and children not yet enrolled in school are exempted from these rules.
  • Children under 14 are allowed to show a student ID instead of a 2GPlus record.
  • Children from the age of 14 are only admitted if they have been vaccinated or have recovered and can present a student ID card or negative test certificate.
  • Further, persons with a booster vaccination and persons recovered after a complete vaccination don’t require a negative test certificate.
  • Children and young people between the ages of 6 and 16 are only required to wear a medical mask.
  • All other guests are required to wear a FFP2 mask when entering the location.
  • A minimum safety distance of 1,5 meters between you, our staff and other groups have to be kept at all times.
  • We have installed disinfectant dispensers within our event location in each bathroom, at the entrance area and at the cash desk. It is obligatory to wash and scrub up your hands before entering and after leaving a game room.
  • To minimize direct contacts with our staff at the event location, we ask you for an upfront-payment via Paypal, instant transfer or credit card.

Due to the unusual circumstances at present we rely on your help and mutual consideration.

Usually it’s not a problem to change the number of players. Please give your gamemaster a short notice that you are now more or less people. Please bear in mind that you must not exceed the maximum or fall below the minimum capacity of your booked game. The price adapts to the actual number of people. Already completed payments can only be refunded as gift cards.

The effective game time of our Escape Rooms is 60 minutes while a City Adventure can take up to 2 hours. Please arrive at our site 15 minutes before your game starts for the introduction into the game through your game host.

Depending on availability, custom starting times are possible for larger groups (e.g. company events, school classes etc.). Please contact us via email for a related request.

The price for an Escape Game depends on the number of players per room and the day and time of the slot you have booked.

Our Escape Rooms – except from “Dr Mendula’s Machine” (not recommended for children under the age of 14) – do not require a fixed minimum age of players. Players under the age of 18 may play the rooms by themselves, but have to be accompanied to the event venue by parents or another adult. Younger children may also solve the puzzles in the rooms together with their parents or other guardians. Our missions are designed to accommodate all age groups. And with some riddles the young ones will surely have the edge over everyone else…

Our rooms cannot really be rated according to their difficulty. The reason for this is that they differ significantly from each other in terms of puzzle design and story concept. Thus it is possible that individual players may find one room harder to solve than another depending on their personal experience and preference.

When booking via our homepage you can choose between a payment on-site, via immediate bank transfer, via credit card or via PayPal. A payment on account is not possible.
If you make your booking over the phone or by e-mail, it is only possible to pay on site. At our location, you can either pay in cash or by EC-card.

Yes, we do. Get your gift card either instantly as a code via email or purchase one at the location. All gift cards can be redeemed at any location for the entire offer/assortment at the location. Next to games we also sell drinks, snacks, books, etc. Check out our gift cards here.

You can leave our Escape Rooms at any time, which means, you won’t be locked in.

No, a video recording won’t take place. The cameras in the rooms are only there for your game host to monitor your game and, if necessary, to enable them to intervene.

Yes!  To solve a mission together is a very useful approach for team building as well as team development. More information on this subject is available under ‘group offers’.

All of our Escape Rooms and City Adventures can be played in English (except for ‘Pumuckl’s Treasure Hunt’). Our staff will give you an introduction and offer a follow-up discussion in English and all of our puzzles are available in German and English as well.

A change in the game, e.g. of the number of participants or of the date is possible free of charge at any time – subject to availability. Changes or cancellations can be made via phone or via e-mail. But please be aware that your number of persons complies with the minimal/maximal number of persons possible for your specific event. The price will be adapted to the actual number of participants. Advance payments will be refunded via gift card only.

A game can be cancelled free of charge up to 2 days before the day of the event. If the cancellation is made on short notice, meaning less than 2 days in advance, 50% of the invoice amount is due for payment.
